Staging Consultation
We will deliver a detailed list of priority items to complete a look prior to home photography and listing. This will then be up to the seller or agent to determine on the execution of the given list. Once all the items are delivered, we can come in and give it a magic touch, placing the items. Accessories are not provided by MIPA and will be the property of the seller or agent. The staging consultation can be applied to any type of property and is offered exclusive to brokers, agents and owners/sellers.
